Virtual Personal Training (VPT)
Get 1 on 1 fitness training from the comfort of your home, office or gym with virtual sessions.
  • 30 minute session:  $40
  • 45 minute session:  $50

On-line Coaching
Enjoy up to 7 workouts per week delivered to you through the True Coach mobile app.
  • Up to 3 workouts/week:  $50/month
  • 4+ workouts/week:  $75/month

Hybrid Services
Get the best of both worlds with a well rounded program that includes 1 on 1 Virtual Personal Training supported by online coaching.  Accountability is key and this method of training proves to be most successful.
  • 2 VPT/week + online coaching*:  $350/month
  • 1 VPT/week + online coaching*:  $175/month
  • 1 VPT/ever 4 weeks + online coaching*:  $80/month

*includes continuous adjustments to the online program as needed
