From water aerobics to circuit, our fitness classes are designed to get you in shape and keep you inspired through challenging workouts and group synergy.
Wave Health & Fitness Classes:
- Tuesday, 10 am Water Aerobics with Maryellen
- Tuesday, 5:45 pm Yoga with David
- Wednesday, 7:15 am Yoga with Monica
- Thursday, 10 am Water Aerobics with Maryellen
Members are free; $15 per class for Pool members and $25 per class for non-members.
