Tuesday, 10 am Water Aerobics with Maryellen
Wednesday 7:15 am HIIT 30 with Mike
Wednesday 12:15 pm Power Half Upper Body with Mike
Thursday 10 am Water Aerobics with Maryellen
Friday 12:15 pm Power Half Lower Body with Mike
Members are free and $25 per class for non-members.
