This Privacy Statement is provided on behalf of the Seaport Companies ("Seaport") which includes the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center and its associated businesses.


Seaport takes great care to protect personal information about you and when we collect and use it, we do so with respect for your privacy. Personal information we may collect includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card and transactional information and guest stay information such as your date of arrival and departure, special requests and preferences. The information we collect depends on which of our services you chose to use. For example, we collect and use your personal information when you make a hotel reservation, sign up for email offers, request information about our products and services, join our fitness center or dine in our restaurant. In addition to using this information when we provide you services, we may also use the information for Seaport's marketing and promotional purposes.
When you interact with us online we may also collect technical and navigational information such as computer or other device, browser type, Internet Protocol address, web pages visited and time spent on our websites. This technical and navigational data will be used by Seaport for a variety of purposes such as analytics, facilitating site navigation, and improving website design, functionality and your online experience.


Seaport may share personal information about you with unaffiliated third-party service providers who provide services to us at our direction, such as assisting with the booking of your hotel reservation. We do not sell personal information collected about you with anyone nor do we share it with third-parties for their use in marketing their products and services.


Seaport considers the protection of personal information to be a foundation of customer trust and a sound business practice. We employ extensive physical, electronic and procedural controls to protect your personal information and we regularly adapt these controls to respond to changing requirements and advances in technology. Seaport also restricts access to personal information solely to those who require it to provide and offer you our products and services.

We do not control and shall not be responsible for the collection of personal information by third-party websites not controlled by Seaport, including those that you may use to perform activities such as booking reservations at Seaport. These third-party websites or those that are accessed through links on our websites have separate privacy practices. We have no responsibility or liability for the practices and policies implemented by third parties on their websites. You may contact them directly to ask questions about their privacy practices and policies, or read their privacy policies online.


Seaport may collect information you provide by interacting with us via social media, such as photographs, opinions, or social media account IDs. Any content you post, such as pictures, information, opinions, or any personal information that you make available to other participants on these social platforms, is also subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of those platforms. Please refer to those policies to better understand your rights and obligations with regard to such content.


Seaport's websites are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13). Seaport does not intentionally collect information on its websites from those who are under 13, and we request that these individuals do no provide personal information through our websites.


Seaport is a U.S. company with operations only in the U.S. If you reside outside the U.S., you explicitly consent to the transfer of your personal information to the U.S. when you access or use any of the services offered by Seaport.


In the event that Seaport is merged with or is acquired by another legal entity, the personal information collected by Seaport may be transferred to that other legal entity as an asset.


Seaport may disclose your personal information as required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, to protect your safety or the safety of others, to investigate fraud or respond to a government request. We may also retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations.
