Mike has a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and has been working in the fitness industry for over 25 years. After two years of working in club operations at Le Pli Health Club & Spa in Cambridge, Mike decided to pursue personal training as a full time career and spent the next six years training people of all shapes, sizes and ages. His clients ranged from pre-teens with cancer to athletes to people in their 80s. It was during this time that Mike began experimenting with the sport of triathlon, competing in his first sprint triathlon in the mid 90s. He has since completed dozens of triathlons, including 6 Ironman triathlons. Mike has brought his love of the sport to the club by creating Wave's "Wanna Tri" program, which has had over 50 participants compete in every distance from sprint to Ironman.  Mike is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a USAT Level I Certified Triathlon Coach.  He is CPR/AED certified from the American Heart Association.

Maggie is an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer. She enjoys helpimg people achieve their fitness goals whether it is for weight loss, muscle tone and flexibility, strength gain or cardiovascular fitness. She has helped clients prepare for triathlons, ice skating competitions, long distance bike rides, marathons, golf, skiing and tennis. Her pool workouts are used for strength, cardio or swim instruction. In addition to personal training, Maggie teaches Boot Camp, Circuit/ Spin and Strengthen and Lengthen classes. Her own exercise routine includes triathlon training, dancing, rollerblading, skiing, pilates and yoga. Her work as a fitness professional and an artist are inspired by the idea that a body in motion is a body in good health. Her education includes a BFA from UMass Amherst, an MFA with a concentration in sculpture from the Maryland Institute, College of Art, and certification from the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA. Maggie is CPR/AED certified from the American Heart Association and is a certified Gravity® Instructor.

Originally from Ireland, Dionne graduated with a BSc in sports therapy and is a NASM Certified Trainer.  With more than 10 years of experience in the industry, Dionne has acquired a wealth of knowledge in athletic training and recovery.  Specializing in athletic care she works closely with athletes and a variety of sports and fitness enthusiasts across the world.  She provides rehabilitation-specific training programs and techniques.  Dionne has worked with VIP and celebrity clients and is the owner of her own cryotherapy business. http://www.cryothletics.com

Alexis is a South Boston native, and is both a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NATA Certified Athletic Trainer. She has a strong background in sports medicine after having achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training and a Master's Degree in Applied Anatomy and Physiology, both from Boston University. She has been working as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor in the Boston area for over 4 years - working with people of all levels and abilities.  She believs that a positive attitude and strong mind are more important that any physical ability when it comes to achieving your goals. She loves designing workout plans for all ranges of individuals and tries to ensure that what she teaches during training sessions and classes leads to positive changes toward a lifetime of healthy living.
